4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and the library are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
SoftMaji does not guarantee that:
The service will always be available or uninterrupted.
The code is 100% bug-free or suitable for every server configuration.
The results of the SMTP test will be accurate for every provider (some firewalls may block connections).
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
The use or inability to use the service.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data (though we take strict measures to prevent this).
Errors or bugs in the downloadable library that may affect your application.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. SoftMaji InfoTech Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
